Laurea Magistrale (equivalent to M.Sc.) in Sustainable Architecture and Landscape Design - Presentation of the studios
To allow students to make a motivated choice of studios for the next academic year, on Wednesday September 6th a presentation of the studios of the Laurea Magistrale (equivalent to M.Sc.) in Sustainable Architecture and Landscape Design will take place. Teaching activities suspension
In Piacenza Campus for the Laurea graduation day lessons and the other teaching activities of both Laurea and Laurea Magistrale programmes will be suspended in the morning. In the afternoon - from 2.30 pm - these activities could start according with the availability of the classrooms. For the Laurea Magistrale graduation day lessons and the other teaching activities of both Laurea and Laurea Magistrale programmes will be suspended all day long. Some teaching activities can be carried out online upon the request of the professor to the Teaching and registrar's office and information to the students is provided by himself.

For the Laurea graduation day on September 29th, 2022 lessons and the other teaching activities of both Laurea and Laurea Magistrale programmes will be suspended in the morning. From 2.30 pm these activities could start according with the availability of the classrooms.

Teaching activities suspended on MARCH 10th, 2022 for graduation day
For the Laurea graduation day on March 10th, 2022, lessons, exercises and assessment tests of both Laurea and Laurea Magistrale programmes are suspended in the morning; from 2.30 pm these activities can be resumed according with the availability of the classrooms.
Graduation exams - Session of September/October 2021
The graduation exams scheduled for September and October 2021 will be held in presence. The calendar is as follows:
- Laurea (equivalent to Bachelor of Science) in Architectural Design: 23 September
- Laurea Magistrale (equivalent to Master of Science) in Sustainable Architecture and Landscape Design: 6 October
In the both graduation days, lessons, exercises and assessment tests are suspended in the morning; from 2.30 pm these activities can be resumed according with the availability of the classrooms.

For the graduation day on March 10th and July 20th, lessons, exercises and evaluation tests are suspended in the morning. In the afternoon from 2.30 pm these activities can be resumed according with the availability of the classrooms.
Modelling Laboratory and Fab Lab
At the Piacenza Campus, students of Architecture - already from the first year of the Laurea (equivalent to B.Sc.) - can use the Modelling Laboratory and the Fab Lab, spaces dedicated to the creation of architectural models and building elements with the use of professional equipment.
The Modelling Laboratory has machines, tools and equipment for the preparation, processing and assembly of models at different scales and sizes. The Fab Lab is a space for sharing, training and creation of projects, within which there are, in addition to the 3D printer and a "laser cutting" plotter, libraries equipped for direct consultation.
These spaces are located in the Arata Campus, at the Bacciocchi Pavilion, and are designed as "workshop spaces" within which students have the opportunity not only to experiment with the most innovative techniques for the construction of models, maquettes and 3D models, but also to enrich their training path through a direct and guided application.
Access to the Modeling Laboratory and the FabLab is allowed ONLY BY APPOINTMENT by sending a request email to modellistica-piacenza@polimi.it by 2.00pm the previous day. The opening hours are as follows:
- Tuesday/Thursday: 9.00am - 2.00pm
- Wednesday: 9.00am - 3.00pm

Access to laboratory services is allowed only to authorized persons or to those who have attended the information and training course for safe access to the spaces and equipment of the laboratories.
